Build & Lead Times
Each rig is made-to-order. While listed as “in stock,” your rig begins production after you order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for materials to arrive and your rig to be built. Limited Lifetime Warranty
We stand by our gear. If a defect in workmanship or materials is found, we’ll repair or replace your rig free of charge—for life. This covers all sewn items (rigs, cummerbunds, pouches, and accessories). Standard wear and tear not included. Claims can be sent to rictacticalgear@gmail.com.

Returns & Cancellations
Because every piece is built-to-order, returns aren’t always possible. Unsure if SAUL is right for you? Contact us before ordering to confirm compatibility. If a return is approved, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Cancellations are handled case by case. If we’ve already started cutting or sewing, cancellation isn't possible. If approved, a 5% processing fee applies to cover non-refundable credit card fees.
