Returns and Cancellations

Our workshop is setup for made-to-order gear, so we don't re-stock certain items. For items that we think we can re-sell and are in an unused condition, we may accept a return within 30 days, subject to the company's discretion. Returns will incur a 25% restocking fee. We are currently unable to accept returns on build-to-order items. Feel free to contact us (rictacticalgear@gmail.com) before ordering to ensure that our gear will suit your needs and be compatible with your other equipment.

We will handle cancellations for made-to-order goods on a case-by-case basis. In order to have the best chance for cancellation, we recommend issuing a cancellation within the first 5 days of ordering. If we’ve already started cutting material or sewing the item, cancellation will incur 15% re-cutting / restocking fee that will be deducted from the customer's refund total. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the customer's refund total for any cancellations in order to offset the processing fees charged by credit card companies.
